Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Soap – Livesoutside Approved
Quality Concentrated Soap At An Affordable Price
Soap is something people rarely think about until they realize how it effects them. There are people with allergies to the ingredients, dry skin or other conditions which limit them from using certain products. On the other hand, there are those who are thinking about the effects their soap has which they cannot see immediately. Effects on themselves and the environment around them.
For the last few years I have been using Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Soaps and have been very satisfied. By switching from traditional discount bar soap, my skin feels better, I feel more clean and I know there are no harmful ingredients used. The difference between a good soap and what ever is on sale at the time is incredible. The pure Castile soap comes in several sizes if you don’t wan to fully commit to the 32oz bottle (you are sure to like it but just in case!).
Excellent Ingredients
Dr. Bronner’s Castile soaps are made from the finest organic and fair market trade ingredients. There are no synthetic preservatives or artificial foaming agents used. The Dr.’s soaps are non-GMO, fair trade, USDA organic, and not animal tested certified. The pure hemp Castile soaps are very fine and will last a long time with proper dilution. The 32 oz bottle will last me at least 6 months with daily body use, general cleaning and even the occasional car wash.
Typical Consumer Soap Quality
Not to say that all soaps besides Dr. Bronner’s are bad, there are some which are not as good for many reasons. Historically, companies trying to market soaps to the masses have relied on questionable ingredients in their formulas. From triclosan, triclocarbon, cloflucarbon, fluorosalan, hexylresorcinol, iodophors, methylbenzethonium chloride, phenol, secondary amyltricresols, sodium oxychlorosene, tribromsalan, triple dyes and more, the FDA has banned their use. Best to protect yourself and stick to the natural forms.
