Not to say that all soaps besides Dr. Bronner’s are bad, there are some which are not as good for many reasons. \u00a0Historically, companies trying to market soaps to the masses have relied on questionable ingredients in their formulas. \u00a0From triclosan, triclocarbon, cloflucarbon, fluorosalan, hexylresorcinol, iodophors, methylbenzethonium chloride, phenol, secondary amyltricresols, sodium oxychlorosene, tribromsalan, triple dyes and more, the FDA has banned their use. \u00a0Best to protect yourself and stick to the natural forms.<\/p>\n
